The commission is for the appointment of an architect led design team to provide services for the design and contract management of proposed new build replacement SEN School and Nursery Provision within Coventry. The programme of building works is required to replace an existing school in a different part of the city. The new school will need to be available for start of term Sept 2017.

Lots are not been used in this procurement as a sole supplier is required to manage the design as detailed in the ITT and PQQ.
