II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
The Audiology Department requires a system to include support for the workflow of the service and the capture of information about patients and their care; The ability to manage the logistical operations concerning hearing aids, other devices and resources; The presentation of information to clinicians and service managers, about individual patients and the overall performance of the service; The ability to take data from other systems within the Trust and to make captured data available to other systems within the Trust; A high degree of configurability, in terms of content, source and presentation of information, including integration with other Trust systems; Services (to include: installation, deployment, configuration, training, project management and technical support). The period of contract will be for five (5) years with break clauses.

(g) For public works contracts and public services contracts, and only in appropriate cases, an indication of the environmental management measures that the economic operator will be able to apply when performing the contract.
(j) An indication of the proportion of the contract which the services provider intends possibly to subcontract.
