The requirement here is for the supply of a Card Management Services which includes Card Management System (CMS) and Card Bureau Services for the National Entitlement Card (NEC). The NEC is funded by the Scottish Government to support high-quality easy to access public services for its 32 local councils.

The potential value of the contract, should all the options be exercised, is up to 7 500 000 GBP for Lot 1, and 1 000 000 GBP for Lot 2.
