We are seeking a care partner who will be excited by the opportunity of being part of our approach to retirement living and who will be willing to work with us to provide a seamless service.

We are looking for a registered domiciliary care provider appointed on the List of Approved Contractors including Housing with Support in Worcestershire with Worcestershire County Council to work alongside us in our exciting brand new retirement living scheme, School Gardens which is situated on the corner of Tan Lane and Vernon Road in Stourport-on-Severn.

Bromford Housing Group Limited (‘Bromford’), a Registered Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 number 29996R as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries (together ‘Bromford’) And whose registered office is at 1 Exchange Court, Brabourne Avenue, Wolverhampton Business Park, Wolverhampton, WV10 6AU, wishes to invite interested companies (‘Suppliers’) to participate in a procurement exercise to establish a Contract for the reliable Supply of Care and Communal Cleaning Services at School Gardens, Tan Lane, Stourport-on-Severn.
School Gardens will be the 1st Retirement Living scheme in Bromford’s development plan to build 1 such scheme each year. This type of scheme is usually referred to as Extra Care Housing, Bromford have made a decision to brand it as ‘Retirement Living’.
A Bromford Retirement Living development gives customers the chance to buy, part buy or rent a beautiful, modern apartment within a vibrant environment where there are purpose built facilities and attractive landscaped grounds. An experienced and highly trained team will be on site to provide care and support if and when it’s needed.
A Bromford Retirement Living apartment is a new, flexible home designed to meet customers’ current and future needs, enabling them to live life to the full. It will be built by our own in-house construction team. There will be a welcoming friendly community that is created by customers where they can play as big or small a part as they wish. We want customers to feel relaxed and at home; able to share their interests and hobbies, or try something new. We’ll be there to support them to achieve what they want to achieve.
It’s not just customers who build this community and make it a great place to live though. Everyone who works in a Bromford Retirement Living development — whether for Bromford or one of our partners — will play their part in making it a warm, friendly, inclusive community. Services will be delivered in a professional and caring manner making a Bromford Retirement Living home a safe, secure, exciting and happy place to live.
