1)Short description

SYPTE are seeking expressions of interest from suitable professionals able to demonstrate relevant experience in a full range of services relevant to this Lot including (but not limited to):
— L8 Legionella management (including 2 yearly risk assessments),
— All lighting maintenance,
— All air conditioning and fan coil unit maintenance,
— Lighting protection maintenance,
— Maintenance of air curtains,
— Annual gas inspections and service,
— Smoke extractor maintenance,
— Fire alarm and fire fighting equipment maintenance,
— Dry riser maintenance,
— Portable appliance testing,
— 5 year fixed wire tests.

— CCTV/access control and panic alarm planned and reactive maintenance on 21 locations spread across South Yorkshire,
— In hours and out of hours planned and reactive works required on a bi-annual basis,
— Remote diagnosis of faults.

1. Lot 1 — Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services:
Relevant experience in the previous 3 years in the provision of similar services in all of the following environments:
a. M&E tasks in buildings which are open to the public or retail environments,
b. M&E tasks in office/commercial accommodation,
c. Working unsociable hours on frequent occasions in areas accessible to the public.
2. Lot 2 — CCTV Maintenance Services:
Relevant experience in the previous 3 years in the provision of similar services in all of the following environments:
a. CCTV/access control and panic alarm tasks in buildings which are open to the public or retail environments,
b. CCTV/access control and panic alarm tasks in office/commercial accommodation,
c. Working unsociable hours on frequent occasions in areas accessible to the public.
3. Lot 3 — Auto Doors and Roller Shutters Maintenance Services:
Relevant experience in the previous 3 years in the provision of similar services in all of the following environments:
a. Automatic door and roller shutter tasks in buildings which are open to the public or retail environments,
b. Automatic door and roller shutter tasks in office/commercial accommodation,
c. Working unsociable hours on frequent occasions in areas accessible to the public.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Expressions of interest will be evaluated against the minimum standards set out in Section III.2.2) and Section 2.3) above. If the number of candidates remain above the maximum set of 5 per lot, they will be evaluated on a scored assessment for technical capacity, full details of which are included in the documentation for this tender and is available on our website atwww.sypte.co.uk/contracts and the 5 highest scoring candidates for each lot will be invited.
