The Council is seeking to award a framework for Claims Handling Legal Services. The framework will be awarded on a ranked supplier basis. It is envisaged the top 3 highest ranked suppliers will be appointed to this framework orders will be placed with the supplier ranked first however if the first ranked supplier is unable to meet the Council’s requirements orders may be placed with the supplier ranked second and so on.
