Sanctuary Housing Association as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a contract for use by its subsidiary companies identified at V.1.3) (and any future successors to these organisations). These organisations form part of Sanctuary Group.
Sanctuary Group has a need for the supply and delivery of cleaning and janitorial supplies, equipment and associated services on a national basis.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct an electronic auction at the invitation to tender (ITT) stage of this procurement. In such instances information will be provided to the Bidders as part of the ITT documentation.
The Contracting Authority may provide goods and services under this contract to other parts of Sanctuary Group or other organisations whether for strategic or commercial reasons.
