The Trust requires a solution to document the complete patient pathway from first visit to a health professional through to delivery to post natal care and discharge with the ability to provide extended use in the healthcare community
Help to achieve CQC standard on record keeping
Meet with department of Health minimum dataset requirements
Interface with other Trust systems such as PAS
Help the Trust achieve all CNST standards any other Maternity standards
Provide a solution that will support mobile working
Enable access to up to date real time data and accurate patient information within ward and community environment
Facility recording of new maternity pathway tariff information
Ability to provide reports both standard and ad-hoc.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
The supplier must provide full details if he:
a) is bankrupt or is being wound up, whose affairs are being administered by the court, who has entered into an arrangement with creditors or who is in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure under national laws and regulations.
b) is the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order for compulsory winding-up or administration by the court or for an arrangement with creditors or is the subject of any other similar proceedings under national laws or regulations.
c) has been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct by a judgement which has the force of res judicata.
d) has been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contracting authorities can justify.
e) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or those of the country of the contracting authority.
f) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or those of the country of the contracting authority.

c) a statement of overall turnover and the turnover in respect of the goods and services to which the contract relates.

c) a description of technical facilities, measure for ensuring quality and study and research facilities at the suppliers.
d) indication of the technical bodies involved, whether or not belonging directly to the undertaking, especially those responsible for quality control.
e) certificates drawn up by official quality control institutes or agencies.

2) There may be a requirement to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire prior to issue of tenders.
3) The Trust does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer either in whole or in part, each item for this purpose being treated as separately.
