2) ICT Security and Cyber Security to meet the highest standards required for an event of global significance;

3) Integration while maintaining architectural oversight with other stakeholders and suppliers of user systems ensuring the integrity and security of operational and user data;

4) Successful transfer of the ICT platform to future games incorporating new technology innovation as required;

5) Support services to meet the demands of a large scale, time critical project.
