TRGL have an On premise SQL Server data warehouse in situ which has been deemed as unsuitable as it doesn’t enable TRGL to meet its Data management and Analytics objectives. TRGL cannot guarantee the production of consistent Regulatory returns, Dashboard reporting requires development by the IT department, not all source data is available in the Warehouse and the structure of the Warehouse is complex requiring large amounts of IT Development resource to make only small changes.
As such a project has been initiated that is tasked with resolving the issues with the incumbent system through delivery of a scalable, future proof Data management solution for Analytics for housing all TRGL proprietary data in a single storage location that conforms to the key “Cloud First” design principle.
