The digital media producer will be responsible for the design and production of the digital media for the new holocaust gallery at the IWM London. This will comprise 23no mediated AV pieces using archive and original content, 4no mediated AV pieces edited and created from new filmed content provided by others, and off-site testing, installation, on-site testing and commissioning and robustness testing.

This role will require coordination with the client, exhibition audio-visual hardware contractor and exhibition hands-on interactives contractor.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This is a restricted procurement process. Initial selection will be through an Extended Company Questionnaire (ECQ) to determine the tender shortlist.

The questionnaire deadline is 28.6.2019. Once evaluation has been completed, up to 6 tenderers will be shortlisted to be invited to tender.

The tender is scheduled to be issued on 17.7.2019, with a return deadline of 26.8.2019. Following tender evaluation, clarification and sign-off, the provisional appointment is scheduled to be made on 20.9.2019 and confirmed on 1.10.2019.
