The Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) of the London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) requires a print supplier to ensure the statutory requirements are met in regard to electoral registration printing and The Returning Officer (RO) of the London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) requires a print contractor to ensure the statutory requirements are met in regard to election printing.

Tenderers have the opportunity to bid for both lots, Lot 1 — Electoral Registration Printing, Lot 2 — Election Printing, suppliers may also tender for just one of the individual lots.

The contract for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 is for a period of 3 years with a 1 year + 1 year extension option.
