Energy Consultancy Services to include but not be limited to:
— Account reconciliation and set up and maintenance of a utilities property database;
— Management of outstanding utility bills;
— Utility data analysis;
— Receive, validate and pass for payment all invoices in a format specified by Metropolitan;
— Monitoring and targeting providing management reports;
— Support to the in-house procurement team when re-procuring both Gas and Electricity;
— Meter Management including but not limited to Meter reading, AMR Roll Out, migration of pre-payment meters to non-pre payment meters;
— Management of new connections and disconnections;
— Access to funding;
— Support to the Energy Contracts Officer in identifying invest to save initiatives;
— Invoice validation and reconciliation services in order to generate refunds from energy suppliers.
