The clerking part of the Services includes accounting and payroll services, convening meetings, co-ordinating elections for Authority members, organising and instructing suppliers and contractors and liaising with key stakeholders including the Environment Agency, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Association of Drainage Authorities.
