A2Dominion would like to implement new enterprise-wide technology to support customer-facing, asset-facing and internal business support functions. This is likely to cover (including but not limited to) — Customer Relationship Management; and corporate applications, including finance, asset & property management, HR and Payroll; as well as business reporting.

A2Dominion is seeking a Systems Integrator to plan, design, and implement an enterprise-wide technology solution and to provide the on-going application management service when the new solution is operational. The Supplier will be expected to have the necessary governance and resources to manage the activities outlined above.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The role of the Systems Integrator will involve but not be limited to the planning, design, implementation and integration of the enterprise-wide technology solution, together with the on-going application management service when the solution is operational. The new enterprise-wide technology will cover customer interaction and CRM, asset and asset management, as well as the major back office functions of finance, HR and procurement. It will also include the enabling functions around mobile and secure access for customer and employee, single work-flow front to back office for services, data and data management and business analytics and reporting. This will replace the fragmented landscape with an integrated architecture that’s fit for the future. The Systems Integrator will therefore have a major role in the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the technology and be expected to have the necessary governance, approach and resources to manage these activities.
