This is referred to as the First Development Site (‘FDS’). We have provided an accommodation schedule, site plans, typical floor plans, CGIs, and expected phasing for handovers. The contract is expected to last for around 2 to 3 years; however, this may be varied depending on the build programme and sales rates.
