Leeds Beckett University (www.leedsbeckett.ac.uk) has almost 30 000 students, 3 000 staff. The University offers a range of undergraduate and post-graduate courses and has a 4 faculty organisation structure supported by a series of central services including Estates Services.

A well-managed and well-maintained estate contributes significantly to the student experience and to staff well-being. The university spends around 35 000 000 GBP a year on the estate, which is undergoing a huge refurbishment and development programme. In addition to this we are planning for the future. It is essential that the necessary IT applications are in place to support this significant investment in resources. An opportunity exists to tender for an estates management system to help us to manage our buildings and facilities.
