The provision of grounds maintenance services to Authority owned properties throughout Mainland Orkney, linked Island and Island of Hoy, including sports fields, shrub beds, flower beds, road verges, public parks, gardens and houses. The contractor is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of a large green house. The contract commences on 1.4.2016 with a duration of 60 months including the option to extend for a further 12 months.
