Fife Council has a requirement to secure a Contract offering Best Value to the Council for the hire of temporary site welfare storage cabins. Hires shall be for varying periods and a design element may also be required to meet the needs of the Council. Appropriately qualified employees of Fife Council may also opt to move the cabins from one site to another.
