Note on award criteria:
The Contracting Authority will identify the most economically advantageous tender (s) on the basis of the ‘lowest price’ submission (s) demonstrating compliance with all mandatory Specification points and the requirements listed within the Tender documentation. Details of the evaluation process incorporating price and compliance are provided as part of the tender documentation.
The Contractor and/or their supply chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social policy objectives relating to employment, training and skills development opportunities for the unemployed in the support of, but not limited to, the Northern Ireland Program for Government 2001-2015. Accordingly, Contract performance conditions will relate in particular to these Social considerations.

The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
