We are looking to enter into a 3-year contract for fully managed print solution across 3 school sites. A full specification of the requirements is detailed within the TDET requirements specification. The contract should provide fully supported solutions that provide the level of devices as outlined and a support arrangement with response times as outlined in the specification below.
