The agency aims to contract with two economic operators in priority order to provide an outsourced IT service desk service including audio-visual support for the EMA and its stakeholders.

Services are to be provided at the agency’s new location in Amsterdam, however knowledge transfer will take place at the agency’s current location in London during the course of 2018.
