The maximum number of properties that any contractor can be awarded is 2170, however we reserve the right to award the lots separately if we feel this will achieve the maximum benefit to the company.

The inspector is to be qualified to level 3 City and Guilds 2391 (Periodic Inspection, Testing and Reporting), City and Guilds 2394 (Initial Verification) and 2395 (Periodic Inspection and Testing), or equivalent. Copies of qualifications are to be disclosed on request.

Progress will be monitored monthly and if any subcontractor falls behind programme without a realistic recovery plan we reserve the right to redistribute properties to other subcontractors to ensure the properties are all complete by 20.12.2019.

Measure of all category 1 and 2 faults — % completed immediately after testing.

All test certificates full signed and submitted weekly.
