The FRC is a consortium of the following NHS Foundation Trusts: Royal Brompton and Harefield; Royal Marsden and Chelsea and Westminster. The FRC also incorporates the Institute of Cancer Research. The scope of FM services includes Cleaning Services, Catering Services, Linen and Laundry Services, Retail Operations, Waste Management Services, Portering Services, Helpdesk Services and Security Services. Pest Control, Car Parking and Moves Management are also a potential requirement. Services are to be provided to a minimum of 6 sites. Contract length will be 5 (+ 1 + 1) years starting from October 2017 (subject to standstill and agreed terms).

Expressions of interest must be by way of completion and return of the pre-qualification questionnaire (in accordance with the requirements set out in the pre-qualification questionnaire) by the date and time specified in Section IV.3.4). Expressions of interest must be received before the deadline. Bidders are encouraged to submit their submissions well in advance of the stated date and time in order to avoid such issues as technical difficulties with the electronic system that may be due to the high volumes of traffic attempting to submit applications on the same date at the same time.
