The Northern Ireland Housing Executive requires a suitably experienced professionally qualified Environmental Service Provider to provide support to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and its residents/customers. The service provider must be required to identify, specify, cost and manage the necessary remediation works required following an oil spill or in instances where tenants report odours within the property following an oil spill.
The Service Provider must, during the period of this contract, at the request of the Client provide the following services:
1) Site Walkover surveys and reports.
2) Indoor air quality assessments and reports.
3) Site Investigations and reports.
4) Management of the remediation Contractor.
5) Evaluation of remediation works.
