— Training materials to be included as part of the contract price.
— Online real time reporting available
— Implementation as well as on-going account management.
— Customer Support to be available during working hours.
— The supplier must have an understanding of the Housing and Care sectors to ensure their products will align to Sanctuary’s needs.
— The supplier must offer flexibility for any necessary changes/additions in the future.
