5) Do you have previous direct experience of drilling boreholes for UK Water companies?
6) Please provide brief evidence for a yes response to question 5 (1 side A4 max).
7) Please provide evidence that you have the capability to drill for completion of 762 mm diameter boreholes up to 150 m depth(1 side A4 max).
8) Please provide evidence that you have the capability to drill for completion of 305 mm diameter boreholes up to 450 m depth (1 side A4 max).
