Point of prescribing functionality:
— Pop ups appear at the point of prescribing and enable the prescriber to respond accordingly;
— Pop ups can be switch based e.g. recommending alternative product and prescriber able to accept/reject suggestion at the point of prescribing and the software automatically switches medication if accepted by the prescriber;
— Pop ups can be information only messages;
— Pop ups are activated for acute, new repeat and repeat re-authorisations;
— Profile/database of messages can be locally or centrally authored (where appropriate);
— Analysis tool available to user (CCG or GP practice) so detailed bespoke analysis can be performed;
— Updates to database/profile of messages are completed in a timely manner;
— Process to correct software bugs in a timely fashion;
— Minimum service availability in installed locations >95% of time Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 18:00 pm;
— Ability to monitor performance at terminal level;
— Software integrates with local community services computer systems (SystmOne on 3G network).
— Compatible with TPP SystmOne, EMIS WEB, EMIS PCS, and EMIS LV Clinical Systems;
