The aim of this service is to develop a pathway of support which includes mediation and psychological support for local residents (both children and adults) to have healthy and secure relationships at home, in the community and in the workplace.
More specifically the service should provide a holistic approach to resolving relationship issues. For the purpose of this service, the term relationship refers to any connection between 2 or more people.
The service should focus on the following key areas:
— Personal and family relationship difficulties;
— Neighbour Disputes;
— Wider Community Disputes;
— Workplace Conflict.

The aim of this service is to develop a pathway of support which includes mediation and psychological support for local residents (both children and adults) to have healthy and secure relationships at home, in the community and in the workplace.
The service must be provided within the Dacorum borough which includes Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring and a number of rural villages.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 249 000 and 415 000 GBP

The Service Provider must deliver their service from a location within Dacorum and ideally located within Hemel Hempstead.

An assessment will be carried out by the Council’s Finance Department based on the last 2 year’s accounts. Further details of the financial evaluations undertaken are included in question 3 of the Tender Returns Schedules — Part C. If the situation arises where the Council becomes concerned about the financial position of an organisation then we may require further information or carry out further checks. If the Council is still not satisfied with the financial position of the company in question, then the company will fail and the tender submission will not be scored any further.
