Scope of the Agreement Contracting Authorities entitled to use this agreement: The University of Exeter Locations at which Services are to be provided: The University is establishing this agreement for lecture capture to be provided at its Streatham Farm and St. Luke’s Campuses in Exeter and Penryn campus in Cornwall. The agreement will be awarded to the successful tenderer for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 (off) 12 month periods. Estimated commencement date May 2015. Estimated value of the agreement: Indicative value range over the contract term of c. GBP 125 000 to GBP 250 000 excluding VAT.
