DCH are seeking to appoint a real estate agent to provide the following services in connection with the disposal of office buildings owned by DCH including 1. Open Market Valuation appraisal with an options report of development opportunities including change of use, sale and, or investment potential. 2. Estate agency, disposal and or leasing services, including advertisement, brochures and signage. 3. Planning advice and submission for change of use/ alternative uses/re design, including advice in relation adjacent developments. 4. Architectural design team to prepare outline planning applications (if required). 5. Building Surveying Services — Party wall advice, rights to light, condition survey.
