Bidders should note, that, as a PIN was issued on 10.9.2016, this restricted procurement process will be accelerated at ITT stage.
From the date of this Contract Notice being dispatched the PQQ will be immediately available for Bidders to access on the webpage specified in I.1 above.
The deadline in IV:3.4 above, i.e. 12 noon on 17.11.2016, is for the receipt of PQQs
ITTs will be issued on 24/11/2016 and the deadline for receipt of Tenders will be 12 noon on 8.12.2016.
The Council does not intend to depart from the proposed timeframe but it reserved the right to do so at any stage.
The timeframe set out in II.3 above is for the duration of the contract (from the award of contract).
