Award a place on the Framework Agreement to a maximum of 3 Contractors based on the 3 top ranked Tenderers. The initial Contract for 36 months will be awarded by the Client to the top ranked Contractor as detailed within the Tender Methodology and Marking Scheme (SS20b). Subsequent 36 month Contracts will be formed with the top ranked Contractor following the outcome of mini-competitions, between the 3 Contractors on the Framework Agreement.

The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge
the award decision before the contract is entered into.
