Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of a Highways Management System to assist deliver its role as Highways Authority for the County of Norfolk. The system should be web based and support the County Council’s PSN accreditation. The system must integrate with the County Council’s financial management system and have seamless methods of paying contractors, auditing transactions and assisting in financial control and budget management. The system must align with Norfolk County Council’s public facing Customer Service Online strategy of allowing customers to be automatically updated on the progress of problems they have reported.
