The Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University (ABMU) Health Board is required to hold monthly meetings of its Executive and Non-Executive members which involves the production and circulation of significant papers.

To facilitate a more efficient and effective process, the Health Board has a requirement for a new Electronic Board System for Executive and Non-Executive Health Board members. The Electronic Board will be used by 25 Health Board members and 2 supporting administration officers to allow immediate access to all relevant papers and documentation for Health Board meetings from their tablets, laptops and other mobile devices.

The Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University (ABMU) Health Board is required to hold monthly meetings of its Executive and Non-Executive members which involves the production and circulation of significant papers.

The planning, production and circulation of Board Papers is labour intensive and time consuming as the documentation have to be issued to every Board member within a specific period to allow sufficient time for Board members to review the Meeting’s papers.

To facilitate a more efficient and effective process, the Health Board has a requirement for a new Electronic Board System for Executive and Non-Executive Health Board members. The Electronic Board will be used by 25 Health Board members and 2 supporting administration officers to allow immediate access to all relevant papers and documentation for Health Board meetings from their tablets, laptops and other mobile devices.
