NCG are seeking a Learner Management Information System for Work Based Learning provision, including Apprenticeships and Employability Based Skills provision.

An open tender is being carried out to assist NCG, the Contracting Authority, in deciding which supplier will be awarded the contract. The first stage of this procurement process is to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) within ProContract and submit the Tender Response Form distributed with this document, along with any other requested supporting documentation.

Renewals of this contract are available at NCG’s discretion.

The first for a further one year (12 months) from 1.8.2019 to 31.7.2020.

There will then be three further optional renewal periods of 2 years (24 months) each — 1.8.2020 to 31.7.2022; 1.8.2022 to 31.7.2024; and 1.8.2024 to 31.7.2026.

II.1.6 — Further Information:

This procurement has not been divided into lots as NCG are seeking a single Learner Management Information System for all Work Based Learning provision, including Apprenticeships and Employability Based Skills provision. It would not be appropriate in this instance to use individual lots as systems would not be provided in this way.

II.2.7 — Further Information:

The Work Based Learning and Employability sector is currently going through a number of changes. Therefore NCG have built into this contract a mechanism and renewal process to allow either changes to the specification or termination of the contract if it finds itself in a position where the current contract no longer meets the needs of NCG and the market it operates within.
