The system will enable drivers to view course availability, then book and pay for their course using their credit or debit card. The system will also alert NCC to high demand, so that further courses can be arranged.

Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of a web-based on-line booking and administration system for Driver Offender Courses, including Driver Improvement and Speed Awareness. The system will enable drivers to view course availability, then book and pay for their course using their credit or debit card. The system will also alert NCC to high demand, so that further courses can be arranged. The initial term is 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years.
