London & Quadrant Group is one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK, managing over 68 000 homes in London and the South East of England.
L&Q Group seeks interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors in order to select 4 Nr Contractors to enter into Contract to deliver their Programmes of Cyclical Decorations and Associated Works.
The Programme has been divided into 4 Nr regional Hubs, which mirror the management structure operated within L&Q Group. Economic Operators should note that they are able to express an interest in one, several or all Hubs. However, no Contractor will be awarded more than 1 Nr Hub. Therefore L&Q Group will appoint 4 Nr Contractors, one to each regional Hub.
Economic Operators should further note that submission may only be made electronically via the Postbox facility available on www.mytenders.co.uk.

L&Q Group wish to appoint 4 Nr Contractors, 1 Nr per regional Hub, to deliver the Cyclical Decorations Programme and Associated Works to their stock of approximately 68,000 homes. The overall estimated value, across all 4 Hubs, is between 6,000,000.00 GBP and 8,000,000.00 GBP per annum.

Description of these options: Each Contract will run for an initial period of six (6) years with an option to extend each Contract individually (at the Contracting Authority’s discretion) for a further six (6) years, on an annually renewable basis. The duration of the Contract will be dependent on measured performance in a number of areas including quality, meeting required high levels of delivery and continuous improvement.
