The Term Maintenance Contract is for both Passenger Lifts and Domestic Lifts (through floor lifts, stair lifts, hoists etc.)in residential properties.
Passenger lifts will be covered by a fully Comprehensive Contract (Servicing, Call-outs, Repairs and Supplementary Testing) and Dommestic Lifts will be covered by a fixed proce arrangement for servicing with repairs charged as per a schedule of rates.

Terms of payment will be monthly in arrears for the Passenger Lift Comprehensive contract and Fixed cost for servicing. Chargeable repairs will be invoiced following completion.
Payment terms will be 30 days from the date of invoice.
