The Lot Contracts will be: 2 Lots in the SELB area and 2 Lots in the SEELB area. The form of Contract will be an amended NEC3 Term Service Short Contract September 2013 — Priced contract with Price List for each Lot Contract. The duration of each Lot Contract will be for 1 year with options to renew to a maximum of 4 years. The maximum number of Lot Contracts that may be awarded to successful tenderers is 2 i.e. 1 Lot Contract in the SELB area and 1 Lot Contract in the SEELB area. The allocation of Lots will be determined as outlined in Section 2.2 of the MOI.

It is the intention of the Contracting Authorities to procure Economic Operators to perform works for each of them through this Competition. Economic Operators should note that the Contracting Authorities are separate and as such, a Lot Contract will be entered into with the corresponding Contracting Authority i.e. the Lot Contract(s) for SELB Lot 1 and SELB Lot 2 will be between the successful Economic Operator(s) and the SELB and the Lot Contract(s) for SEELB Lot 1 and SEELB Lot 2 will be between the successful Economic Operator(s) and the SEELB. More information will be set out in the Mol, pre-qualification documentation and the invitation to tender.

Notwithstanding that this Contract Notice form refers to Directive 2004/18/EC on public contracts, this procurement is being procured in accordance with the Directive 2015/24/EU and the rules under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 shall apply.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Contracting Authorities will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contracts is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
