learndirect invites organisations to tender to become part of a new e-assessment test network to deliver a range of computer based tests (to include invigilation) and online tests on behalf of learndirect.
learndirect has delivered a range of e-assessment opportunities since 2005 via a network of test centres located across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. As a result of significant growth both as an organisation and within the e-assessment sector, learndirect is undertaking a procurement exercise to ensure that candidates are offered:
— a flexible and convenient location at which to take their test – test centre locations are required across Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the first instance; additional locations within the EU may be required in the future;
— a wide range of times at which to take their test;
— a secure environment to take the test;
— a consistently high quality customer experience regardless of the test centre location.

2. Click the Supplier Registration link on the menu header;
3. Accept the terms and conditions and click go;
4. Enter your correct business and user details;
5. Note the username you chose and click Save when complete;
6. You will receive an email with your unique temporary password (keep this secure);
7. Login to the portal with the username/password, please note you will be asked to change your password;
8. Click the ITT Open to All Suppliers link. Please note these are ITTs open to any registered supplier;
9. Click on the relevant ITT to access the content;
10. Click the Express Interest button at the top of the page;
11. Click ok on the pop-up. This will move the ITT into your ‘My ITTs’ area (this is a secure area reserves for your projects only);
12. In the next screen, click ok. You now have access to any Buyer file attachment, send and receive messages with learndirect and respond to the event;
13. In the left hand menu, click My Response. You can now choose to create or decline the ITT;
14. On selecting Create Response the Qualification and Technical Questionnaires are made available to you and these must be completed to enable submission of your response;
15. Note the deadline for completion, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit the ITT;
16. Further guidance on using the e tendering portal can be found in the Supplier Guide on the Home Page and in the Attachment section and downloaded;
17. Please note you MUST click Submit Response as indicated in the guidance to register your expression of interest submission. ‘Submit Response’ can be found at the top of the Qualification and Technical pages.
