TfL are seeking a supplier who can develop and deliver the required system. Any IPR used and created to deliver the services under this contract shall be available at the end of the contract for TfL to use/license for any continuance of the service. In addition any solution developed will be required to integrate with other systems and applications used by TfL.
The contract term is expected to be 5 years with the potential (at the discretion of TTL) for:-
i) extensions of 2 further years in 1 year segments; and
ii) an additional period (at this stage not expected to exceed 6 months) during which some or all of the services may continue to be provided to the extent required to facilitate an effective hand-back of the services to (TTL/TFL) or a successor provider.

a)Transport for London (TfL) is a complex organisation operating both as an executive agency of the Greater London Authority (GLA) under the direction of the Mayor of London and as provider of transport services. The scope of the proposed services may encompass activities within the scope of both Directive 93/38/EEC and Directive 92/50/EEC. Services to be provided in relation to activities which are subject to the Directive93/38/EEC(Utilities) will not be subject to a separate notice, the services may be provided to TfL and/or its subsidiaries and may also encompass London Regional Transport (LRT) and/or the GLA and any of the functional bodies.
