— Deliver high quality services at a cost effective price;
— Demonstrate continuous professional development and embrace current trends and tools.
The scope of the new agreement will be consolidated into 3 Lots as below to reflect the range of market research services and expertise that we require.
Lot 1 Market Research:
— Retail customer research, including customer experience; journey, proposition and product development, and competitive positioning;
— Communications, brand and reputation research and evaluation;
— Social and policy research, potentially including deliberative methodologies;
— Customer community platforms.
Lot 2 Public Consultation:
— Consultation expertise, customer and stakeholder engagement for strategy, policy and infrastructure development.
Lot 3 Econometric Market Research:
— Valuation research, statistical analysis and modelling expertise associated with the UK water industry regulatory Price Review process.
The Agreement will be awarded for a period of 3 years with the option of annual extensions (for further 3 years).

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Thames Water Utilities Limited will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations (SI 2006 No 6) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
