Description of the contract
To deliver a Legal service to Essex Probation for Breach Proceedings in Crown Court. Essex probation require advocacy and legal representation for cases to be heard in Essex Crown Courts, where an offender, supervised by Essex Probatiopn, is in breach of an Order sentenced by Crown Court. This will usually occur following the offender manager’s decision to initiate breach proceedings, which will normally take place within 10 working days of the relevant unacceptable failure to comply and when the case is being contested by the offender.
