This includes a variety of temporary traffic management work, including lane and road closures, diversions and temporary traffic signals etc. and will be inclusive of all equipment and manpower required.
Successful applicants will be appointed on to the framework to provide these services in accordance with the service specification, together with the documents making up the Contract.
Orders placed off the framework will be awarded on an individual basis. The anticipated spend is in the region of 800 000 GBP for the full length of the agreement i.e. 48 months.
Norfolk County Council does not guarantee any levels of business under this framework.

Proceedings must be brought within 30 days from the date of knowledge (the date on which the economic operator first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen) unless the Court considers that there is good reason for extending the period within which proceedings may be brought, in which case the Court may extend that period up to a maximum of 3 months from the date of knowledge.
