a) Monitor and measure the performance of public transport services against the standards and commitments detailed in the Translink Passenger’s Charter. Please refer to section 3.7 for details of the specific target areas that are measured under the service agreement.
b) Maintain the quantum of market research needed through an agreed programme of customer interviews and observations to;
i. Undertake time series analysis, and
ii. Determine and explain any difference between observed and perceived standards of service.
c) Track and identify trends in customer perceptions and expectations.
