This will be a One step procurement and is being conducted under the
‘Light Touch Regime’ set out in Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public
Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). Under the Light Touch Regime,
Authorities have flexibility as to the process or procedure to be used when
purchasing certain services, including those to be procured under this
Invitation to Tender; further details can be found in the tender document.
This procurement will be open to other GLA bodies formed during the
duration of any Contract awarded through this notice.
The Framework is open to TfL, Crossrail and The Greater London
Authority (GLA) Functional Bodies currently made up of:
— The Greater London Authority (GLA),
— London Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),
— London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA),
— London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC),
— Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC)
