TfL has over 1,000 retail units across its network, which all provides a customer service to commuters and the local population. The main purpose is to develop a framework to work in partnership with our retailers to monitor performance trends and share results. The framework developed with a provider, will monitor and shape the customer focused output of our retail partners. Our expectation will be set in place for our retailers in their lease and we would like to look at measuring this output including customer insight. We envisage the process to be audit led with feedback linking back to a framework where the joined up results can be seen by multi party Any tool developed would demonstrate our commitment to good retail practice in the future, helping make us a landlord of choice and helping our retailers demonstrate good practice, which impacts customer loyalty and thus turnover.
