The Integrated and Smart Travel workstream for Transport for the North has been established and the Programme Board requires the expertise, guidance and support from a number of suppliers over the coming months.
A framework is being established to allow the Board to call on this expertise when required in order to:
— Carry on specific pieces of detailed research activity;
— Support the development of a detailed implementation plan for this workstream (required by Spring 2016);
— Carry out business case development for the work;
— Carry out stakeholder mapping, engagement and customer journey specifications;
— Input technical expertise so that a detailed system architecture can be developed;
— Carry out PMO activity to support the Programme delivery.
