The Trusts are seeking a reliable, cost effective and value for money service that provides robust management information about all aspects of transport. The procurement is structured into 4 lots below:

The South London Mental Health and Community Partnership (SLP) is a new and innovative collaboration between 3 leading mental health trusts made up of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (‘theTrusts’).This Contract notice is published on behalf of the SLP Trusts.
— To provide a best in class and innovative Transport Service and which can adapt and respond to future challenges, these may come in the form of but not limited to; Patient comfort, ageing population, environmental controls, inner city congestion, technology and carbon management and reporting.
— To provide a service that is efficient and flexible. The service should be capable of responding to a range of ad-hoc requests.
— To provide a cost effective value for money service.
— The service should support the Trust in managing it’s sustainability targets.
Together we aim to deliver savings and improvements to enhance patient care through sustainable savings and improved services.
The SLP Trusts published a PIN ref 2017/S 082-158499 (http://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:158499-2017:TEXT:EN:HTML) and undertook a market engagement event on 6.6.2017 with buyers and suppliers. On the day, the Trusts provided some background to the service, described the service requirements and conducted an open-forum question and answer session.
